Energy Management Systems B.V. (EMS) continued on 14 December 1988 the activities from Bosma Technical Services BV (BTS), that was originally founded on 31 August 1979. EMS is a manufacturer representative for custom made Industrial Valves and Instrumentation.

EMS has his activities in the Benelux Countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) in the following Markets: Oil and gas exploration, electric power generation stations, steam plant utilities, steel plants, petrochemical industry, refineries, paper and pulp industry and there related Engineers and Contractor Companies.
